AUTHENTIC EXPERIENCE is a community of hoteliers & travel designers sharing similar objectives: connect & share experiences with Authenticity.
After a background of 20 years with various international chains such Starwood hotels, Marriott, Accor, Oetker collection, IHG, we decided to express our own vision of the hospitality and travel sector by setting up a community of hotels, Guest houses and Villas, governed by authenticity, sustainability and true elegance, for our client network sharing this passion and outlook on travel.
We believe that the learning for real, authentic connections and refinement has become the true luxury, and want to share our gem collection with our privileged network.
We understand the importance of building strong relationships between travel advisors and properties. Through our dedicated efforts, we facilitate seamless collaborations, providing travel advisors with comprehensive knowledge, detailed information, and invaluable resources to effectively showcase our portfolio to their clients.

CAROLINA PICONE
Carolina has an extensive experience in high end leisure, entertainement & mice segments mainly in Europe and Latam markets. Her last experience with Oetker collection promoting the collection in Europe and participated to several opening offers a valuable expertise to our most high end hotel partners.

AURELIEN HACAULT
Aurélien has an extensive experience in high end leisure & mice segments mainly in Europe, North America and Middle East. His last experience with Marriott Hotels Paris managing a sales team of 10 sellers and implementing a new Milux complex; offers his sales & marketing strategy expertise to our partners especially for new hotel group & opening.
